Lot consists of 4 Maasai Moran spears with distinct long heads and long metal counterbalance affixed to a central wooden haft. (A) with 39 - 3/8" blade with raised central ridge. (B) with 26 - 3/4" blade with central ridge less pronounced. (C) with 33" blade, ridged similar to (A). Final spear with a leaf blade on a metal shaft to bring the length in line with the others; head measures 10" and is heavily ridged. CONDITION: Metal with numerous spots of oxidation throughout, some delamination is visible from hand forging. Hafts are very good, (B) probably replaced. EMW
