Lot consists of (A) .22 RF caliber Stevens 44 action single shot falling block .22 rifle manufactured from 1894 to 1933. Blued 24" number 2 weight half octagon barrel with Rocky Mountain front sight and buck horn rear. Plain walnut 2-piece stocks with steel rifle butt. CONDITION: Fair. Portions of factory applied blued finish are retained on the barrel with majority turning to brown patina. Receiver exhibits brown patina. Stocks have minor impressions and a few bruises. Dark shoutable bore and good mechanics. (B) Stevens Favorite falling block action single shot rifle chambered in .32 Long. Blued 21-3/4" half octagon barrel with blade front sight and King rear. Case hardened takedown receiver. Plain walnut forend and stock with checkered composite "STEVENS/FAVORITE" butt plate. CONDITION: Very good. Vast majority of factory applied blue is retained on the barrel with some light muzzle wear and freckling. Case colors starting to dull on receiver. Stocks have some minor marks and a set if initials carved. Fair worn bore. Good mechanics. BAS
