Lot contains: (A) Heer sword with an unmarked nickel-plated blade with scattered light marks. Brass fittings retain approximately 20% of their gilt finish, and black trylon wire-wrapped grip has a one half inch narrow piece missing near the pommel. Correct portepee is attached with moderate wear on the leather. Steel scabbard retains 80-85% of its original black painted finish, with scattered light marks and patina on the tip. CONDITION: Overall very good to excellent. (B) Imperial German flag measuring 17" by 21" with heavy staining, and approximately dozen tiny holes. Flag is slipped over a light wooden pole and secured by a brass tack near the top. CONDITION: Overall good. WEZ
