Colt Sporter Lightweight AR-15 semi automatic rifle. Made early 1990s. Standard markings on the left side of the lower. Barrel is marked "C MP 5.56 NATO 1/7". Colt forge markings on the right side of the upper. "C" marked bolt. Factory sear block installed on the lower. Pencil weight, round, steel barrel with A2 flash hider. Post front sight with A2 adjustable 2 position flip rear. Factory phosphate finish on the metal components. A2 polymer butt stock, pistol grip and carbine length hand guards. Plastic pistol grip with trap door butt plate. Includes 2 Colt production aluminum 20 round magazines, cleaning kit, and manual, all in the original matching blue label cardboard box. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its original finish with a few handling marks. Furniture is excellent. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Accessories are excellent. Box has wear and is somewhat crushed. JWA
