C. Sharps Second model Pepperbox four barrel hammer fired pistol chambered in .30 rimfire. Four 3" blued barrels with front sight post at front and rear sight notch cut into the engraved brass frame. New York style engraving throughout the frame with manufacturer stamp on either side consisting of " C. SHARPS PATENT 1859" around trigger screw. Mother of pearl stocks. Serial on bottom of frame "8782" does not batch the barrel serial number of "6940". CONDITION: Very good overall condition with original finish on barrel turned dark grey patina. Very light pitting on barrel surfaces. Light handling marks throughout. Semi bright bores with and good mechanics. GFP
