A gorgeous early 20th century floor lamp by Handel. The massive 26” diameter overlay shade features panels of cream and orange slag glass panels along the upper two thirds of the shade. Around the lower border are panels of greens, red, purple and pink glass with an elaborate tree motif overlay. The shade is signed Handel and is in excellent condition, free of cracks, chips, or repairs. The shade sits on a beautiful decorated Handel floor base finished in a rich brown patina with elegant verdigris highlights. The base retains its four original sockets and pulls, as well as the teepee shade rest. The base stands an impressive 67” tall, and is in excellent condition.
