1980, FRANCE: Founded in 1840, Limonaire advertised itself as the oldest organ manufacturer in the world. Around 1900. Limonaire opened a factory branch in Waldkirch Germany, and at that time was tuning out fairground, dance and street organs of all sizes. This example is actually a replica of their No. 255 35 key "Orchestrophone" in stunning detail. Made to show age, this instrument has a look and sound many collectors have been searching years to get. The right size for home use, this Limonaire looks its part in representing the early age of organ building. Tune card operation, authentic appeal in both cosmetics and sound, this organ would make a great addition to any music collection. CONSIDERATIONS: The cosmetic detail of the paint is intentionally to look old, and there is little signs of wear to that look. Operating smoothly, the organ comes with 45 tune cards.
