Lot contains: (A) 2 cased Imperial German WWI binoculars. "Fernglas 08" binoculars made by "Voigtlander, Braunschweig" with slightly cloudy optics, frozen focus knobs, with a shoulder strap in an Ersatz carrying case with information label, leather belt loops, and broken/ missing closure tabs. A 2nd pair marked "Carl Zeiss, Ferglas 08" with clear optics and functioning focus knobs, a 1/2" chip on the eyecup, and the incorrect Ersatz case for this set with leather belt loops and closure tabs. CONDITION: Overall good to very good. (B) 2 cased German WWII binoculars. Ordnance tan "Dienstglas, 6x30" and made by "cag" with the blue grease triangle, neck strap, rubber lens cover, a 1942 dated brown Bakelite case with leather belt loops. With functioning focus and slightly yellow optics. A 2nd black painted pair (pre-WWII) marked "G.Rodenstock, Munchen" and "Gemar 6x30" with black leather neck strap and tunic flap, fully functioning adjustment and slightly cloudy optics, black Bakelite case with leather belt loops.
