Lot consists of: (A) US WWII front seam swivel bale helmet with liner. The heat stamp appears to read "595A" but is obscured by surface rust. The liner is marked with the International Molded Plastics Company logo. CONDITION: The steel shell retains some of its original green paint which is mostly obscured by pitting and surface rust. The liner retains most of its original green paint. Interior hardware is present but damaged. Overall fair. (B) WWI British Mark I Brodie helmet with painted 79th ID insignia on the front. CONDITION: The helmet exhibits a chocolate patina as much of the original paint is gone or has faded. Missing liner and chinstrap with areas of surface rust. Overall fair. (C) WWII USAAF Type B-2 flight cap by Weber Sportswear and dated 1943. CONDITION: The hat exhibits areas of leather loss but remains pliable. Overall good. (D) WWII USAAF Type A-11 flight helmet by J.G. Menihan Corporation dated 1944 with a pair of B-8 polaroid goggles. CONDITION: The leather remains soft and pliable with no major blemishes.
