Lot consists of: (A) A German Third Reich “RNST” Pole Topper. The RNST (Reichsnährstand) was an organization which regulated food production and distribution in the Third Reich. The pole topper is made of polished silver electroplated brass, with a raw brass based sword and wheat emblems added onto the swastika. The silver plating remains bright throughout with some areas of light superficial scratches. The raw brass sword and wheat emblems have light patina throughout. The topper is maker marked for the firm of “Priesmann Bauer & Co, München”. CONDITION: Excellent - Near Mint. (B) A German Third Reich Hitler Jugend Pole Topper. The topper is made of silver-plated aluminum. Superficial scratches and light patina can be seen throughout. Maker marked on the base RZM M3/40/41 for the firm of Gebruder Cossack, and date of 1941. CONDITION: Excellent. DMW
