Pre-Garcia Sako Forester bolt action magazine rifle made by Sako in Riihimaki, Finland circa the 1960's. 23" tapered round Bofors Steel barrel in .243 caliber with hooded ramp front sight and no rear sight with action mounted peep sight. Blued L579 Mauser style action with side safety and blued quick detachable floorplate. Walnut checkered Monte Carlo stock with sling swivels, Sako plastic buttplate, and grip cap. CONDITION: 95% original blue with some light handling marks. 95% original varnish with damage more from storage than use. Excellent bore and mechanics. DLM
