Winchester Third Model 1873 lever action rifle made by Winchester Repeating Arms Company in 1888. 24" octagon rifled barrel in 32 W.C.F. with Winchester address, King's improvement, and rifle sights. Blued action with plain trigger and integral dust cover with blued full magazine. Plain walnut stock with steel crescent buttplate and matching plain walnut forearm. CONDITION: Metal has turned to a plum patina with surface pitting. Traces of original wood finish with usage marks and dings. Pitted bore with sticky mechanics. DLM
