An A&W "Reliable" one piece top model with single globe guard and correct insert fount with No. 2 functioning ratchet burner attached. The lid reflector is embossed "LS&MS Ry" . The right bail locking hook is missing. The globe is a clear Corning NonEx style with "LS&MS Ry" nicely embossed.
