Winchester Model 1894 Special Order Sporting Rifle made in 1898. 26" half round half octagon nickel steel barrel with blade front sight and 22G rear sight. Blued takedown frame with 2/3rds blued magazine and plain trigger. Plain grain walnut checkered pistol grip stock with shotgun buttplate and Winchester grip cap. Matching plain grain walnut checkered forearm. A highly optioned gun in a desirable caliber. CONDITION: 95% as refinished with replaced buttplate and wood having small replaced piece near comb. Shootable bore with good mechanics. DLM
