This is the type that Hessian and Brunswick Jaeger units would have carried. Straight tapered blade with wide shallow center fuller and false edge. Relief clamshell guard on right side. Brass knucklebow and pommel cap with antler grip. CONDITION: Blade retains a grey patina and has a couple nicks to edge. Hilt retains a pleasing dark mustard patina. Knucklebow and pommel cap are bent. Grip very good. DMG
