Circa 1890's Sioux vest made of Indian tanned buckskin rubbed overall with yellow ochre and trimmed and lined in thin muslin. Vest features 8 mounted Indian warriors with full-trailer war bonnets, four standing figures, a large elk, and two bison facing each other, as well as pony tracks going up the center line. CONDITION: Shows age commensurate wear with thinning to the muslin mostly concentrated around the neck area. Overall solid and displayable with virtually no bead loss. BRM.
