Made 1928. Caliber/model markings on the right side of the slide, with patent dates and company address on the left. Rampant Colt pony behind the left slide serrations. "VP" proof on the left side of the trigger guard. Half moon front sight and U-notch rear. Original high polished blued finish with factory checkered wood grips and silver medallions. Original all blued magazine, marked "CAL.380 / COLT" on the base plate. CONDITION: Metal retains 70% of its original finish with wear and scratches. Grips have wear to the checkering. Bore is clean overall with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine has general wear. JWA
