Christensen Arms is well known for their quality work, and although the company now focuses on rifles, they used to manufacture quality 1911 platform pistols, with a wide variety of user options. This example is built on their titanium frame with Novak cut tritium 3-dot sights (tritium appears depleted), fish scale cocking serrations, lightened commander style hammer, upswept beavertail grip safety with speed bump, checkered front strap and checkered flat mainspring housing. Carbon fiber grips. Burnt bronze finish. In unmarked Pelican style Christensen Arms logo case. CONDITION: Overall very good plus, retaining the vast majority of the burnt bronze finish, with some minor losses from handling and use, mostly at pivot points such as reciprocating area of trigger, and high points, primarily at muzzle. Mechanically fine, bore is excellent with strong rifling and frosting along the edges of lands. Case is excellent. Christensen Arms no longer produces these firearms, so if you want one, they are becoming increasingly scarce. EMW
