1895 Vintage Winchester Model 1886 lever action rifle, serial number 102958. 26" full round barrel with full-length magazine tube. Fold-down ladder rear sight graduated to 1,000 yards. Standard blade front sight. Chambered in .45-70 WCF cartridge. Blue with case hardened receiver, lever, hammer, forearm cap, and buttplate. Plain straight grain walnut stock and forearm. Rifle-style crescent buttplate. CONDITION: Excellent overall with 95+% original blue remaining on barrel and magazine tube. 90% original bright case colors with some oxidation on the left side and bottom of receiver. Wood is excellent plus showing very little wear. Bore is bright and clean. Action is tight and crisp. -MKS-
