1900 vintage Colt Single Action Army revolver, serial number 193481. 4 - 3/4" round barrel chambered in .45 Colt with 2 line barrel address, blade front sight, and frame notch rear sight. 2 piece period plain aftermarket Mother of Pearl grips. Grips are marked on right grip panel with 4 hash marks commonly called kill notches. Complete with factory letter documenting configuration with the exception of grips being "Not Listed", and shipment to Blish, Mize, & Sillman Hardware Co. Atchinson, Kansas on March 8, 1900. CONDITION: Very good with a majority of the original nickel plating remaining with age-related minor flaking and oxidation throughout. Grips fit well and are very good with a minor crack on right grip panel near toe of trigger guard. Action is tight and crisp. Bore is dark with good rifling. A nice SAA with a Western shipping destination. TON
