SST. Sign is Maker Marked American Art Works, Coshocton, Ohio. An outstanding example of this beautiful Tin Sign from Whistle showing excellent Whistle colors and script as well as a raised outer border. CONDITION: Sign is in overall outstanding condition showing excellent color & gloss throughout the entire field. Sign shows clean script with outstanding condition paint in the field showing only minimal amounts of surface wear. Sign shows a few light areas of paint nicks along the outer edge most of which are not distracting from the sign. Sign is most likely New Old Stock and any where has come from shelf storage. A very tough to improve upon example.
