SSP. An absolutely outstanding example of this significantly early and rare Circa 1920's Porcelain Strip Sign from Shell Gasoline & Motor Oils. Sign shows iconic red & yellow Shell colors as well as excellent bold Shell script. CONDITION: Sign is in outstanding condition throughout and is most likely New Old Stock. Sign shows excellent color & gloss throughout the field with only a few minor areas of light surface scratching. Sign shows an incredibly clean outer edge with only a few minor areas of light chipping at a few of the mounting holes. Overall an outstanding example of this early Sign from Shell, and one of the best examples known.
