Winchester Model 52B built by Winchester Repeating Arms Company in 1948. Blued 28" round medium weight Winchester Proof Steel barrel in .22 Long Rifle with dovetail blade front sight, added Al Freeland globe sight tube, no rear sight, and factory drilled for scope mounting with Lyman style blocks. Blued action with military flip style sight (missing), Speedlock trigger and bolt, and Wittek peep sight. Plain walnut marksman stock with checkered steel buttplate and original Winchester 5 shot detachable magazine. CONDITION: 90% original blue with some flaking and handling areas worn silver. Added bolt on floorplate for palm rest with spacer on buttstock, padded trigger guard, and stock grooved at wrist for gripping. Stock has added aluminum target rail. Wood lightly cleaned with handling marks. Good bore and mechanics. DLM
