SST. Absolutely brilliant C. 1940's Tin Taxi Can Spare Tire Cover Advertising Sign for RPM Motor Oils showing an outstanding Donald Duck graphic with "A Knockout For Winter" slogan. These pieces were primarily used on the West Coast on Taxi Cabs as promotion for Standard Oil Company. CONDITION: Sign is in absolutely stunning New Old Stock condition and is most likely the finest known example. Sign shows brilliant color & gloss throughout with only the slightest amount of faint surface wear, nothing noteworthy. Sign shows immaculate and bright graphics and also shows a professionally made outer frame done in gold and displays the piece incredibly well. An impossible to upgrade example of this unique and beautiful displaying piece of RPM Motor Oil as well as Walt Disney advertising.
