DSP. Early C. 1920's Porcelain Curb Sign from Red Crown Gasoline showing early Crown with burst graphic. Sign shows unique Red Crown script style with red, white & blue colors. CONDITION: Side one shows very good condition overall showing only one very small nick in the upper field with some light areas of surface scratching. Side one shows minor fading in the blue with some moderate wear and fade along the blue banded edge, Grade 8.5. Side two also shows a very clean field showing no areas of chipping but shows some areas of scratching as well as light fading in the blue. The outer blue banded border shows some minor chips with some minimal fading, Grade 8.5. A very nice example overall the displays nicely.
