Lot consists of: (A) Company roster, most likely 1780, for the 2nd Company of Alarm in the 20th New York, Capt Elijah Barham's. Includes officer and enlisted. (B) May 7, 1776, original roll of the 1st Troop of Horse in the 4th Regt of the Connecticut Colony, under Captain Samuel Blackman. (C) May 1st 1776, return of troops and individual arms for the 13th Regt of Militia for the State of Connecticut. Interesting content that details the ranks and number per rank, muskets fit and unfit for service, bayonets, cartridge boxes, cartridge belts, bayonet belts, number of cartridges, pounds of powder, number of balls, number of flints, and deserted to the enemy. (D) October 22, 1782 dated pay roster for the named troops of the and Regt of Artillery for "services in the Continental Army" in the year of 1780. (E) List of a pay pool of Capt John Ventres company for services rendered in an "Alarm to Sabrook" Sept 7th 1781.
