U.S. M-1 Garand with receiver built by Springfield Arsenal post-World War II. 24" military finish barrel "LMR" marked with Greek Cross and dated "3-53"; no import marks, "NM" marking towards muzzle. Stamped trigger group with all "SA" parts. Cut "SA" marked op-rod with "NM" on top and "SA" marked bolt. Walnut stock with "CMP" markings and correct hardware. Correct late style unmarked military sights. Comes with CMP letter of authenticity. CONDITION: 90% + arsenal refinished metal with 90% remaining arsenal replacement stock. Excellent bore with ME of 1 and TE of 2 with excellent mechanics. DLM
