DSP. Sign is Maker Marked Walker & Co., Detroit. An excellent example overall of this C. 1940's Porcelain Sign for Nash Automobiles advertising Parts & Service with an excellent die-cut shape. CONDITION: Side one is simply outstanding showing excellent color & gloss throughout the chip free field. Side one shows only a couple of minor areas of light stain dots in the outer field and shows an outstanding condition outer edge as well as all four original grommets, Grade 9.25+. Side two also displays excellent showing no chipping in the inner or outer field. Side two shows some minor fading at the left field in the red which appears to be a factory flaw, none of which is overly distracting and the outer edge and mounting holes are both extremely clean showing just minimal edge nicks. Grade 9.0. A tough to improve upon example.
