As per an included Winchester archival letter, this Model 1901 was received into the warehouse August 1, 1905 as a 32" 10 gauge and shipped November 23, 1907. Factory blued finish throughout. 32" 10 gauge barrel marked with "FULL" choke and 2-line Winchester address. Single bead front sight. Left of the receiver is emblazoned with the iconic "WRACO" monogram. Stocked in American walnut with a round knob grip butt stock with checkered steel butt plate, and a 2-piece handguard. CONDITION: Very good overall. The vast majority of the factory applied blue is retained with some silvering at high edges, freckling, and a few areas including the bottom of the magazine tube starting to drift to brown. Stocks are very good with some evidence of field use. Bright bore with areas of pitting. Crisp mechanics. BAS
