Lot consists of: (A) Circa 1770s - 1780s Revolutionary War American cross belt plate. Rough convex cast plate with polished front retains original soldered tongue and studs to reverse. Measures 2 - 3/4" x 2". Former Neumann collection. (B) American Revolutionary era flint striker kit. (C) Hand forged 10" French and Indian War pole arm pike head. Haft opening is 1". (D) 18th century brass regimental flintlock butt plate. (E) Rev. War era officer's hand forged fancy iron stirrups. Measuring 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" these stirrups feature very ornate punched designs on the facing plates that accept the boot. Most likely American. (F) Rev. War to War of 1812 (27) cavity iron gang bullet mold with wood handles. Cavities range in size from buckshot to .69 so you could produce "buck and ball" loads in one sitting. (G) Hand forged belt axe head. Maker stamped: "RICARDO" below a standing pelican. 6" overall height with a 3" cutting surface, 1" diameter haft opening. (H) Hand forged iron case and tinned spectacles. Spectacles are missing one lens. (I) Rev. War period American made pewter power flask. Measures 4 1/4" x 1 1/2". (J) Leather colonial period canteen that has been repurposed with a 3" x 3" hole being cut in the side. CONDITION: Solid overall with dug items exhibiting nice brown patina. BRM.
