Parker "VHE" Grade made by Parker Gun Company in 1923. Desirable 28" Vulcan Steel barrels in 20 gauge with concave matted rib, marked with Parker address and steel type, 2 - 1/2" chambers, ejectors, and fixed Full and Modified chokes. Case hardened "0" frame with double triggers, automatic safety, and VH grade borderline engraving. Checkered walnut factory logo grip capped stock with added Pachmayr pad. Walnut splinter forearm with latch release. CONDITION: 85% original blue with carry wear and some usage dings and nicks. 70% case fading to a plum patina with carry areas worn to silver. Screws in time and professionally removed and reassembled. Buttstock has traces of original finish with butt trued for addition of pad. Forearm has been professionally refinished to as new condition. Good bores and mechanics. Parker Serialization Book lists this gun as a "16" gauge, this cataloger feels that is likely a mistake.
