With only one other 1958 Topps Baseball First Series Cello Pack on the PSA population report at the time of this auction description, this PSA 8 pack represents the highest graded example and is certainly one of the finest unopened baseball card packs in existence. Part of an exceptional run of PSA graded cello packs available in this auction. A gorgeously centered Jim Busby (card #28) shows on top. 12 cards inside the cellophane wrapping and only 88 cards in the first series loaded with hall of famers, the amazing possibility of a high grade example of Ted Williams, Willie Mays, Don Drysdale, Hank Aaron, Roger Maris (rookie), Roberto Clemente, Al Kaline and Duke Snider, could be waiting. Early Topps cellos were produced in extremely limited quantities and it has been some time since a PSA authenticated 58 cello has been offered for sale. An upgrade or top pop beginning for a cello pack registry set, or perhaps a bucket list item to open, the winning bidder will have a world of cardboard gold at their fingertips.
