DSP. C. 1930's Sinclair Opaline Motor Oil double-sided porcelain sign. CONDITION: Side 1; Sign has excellent color and gloss with multiple areas of staining and surface scratching. The sign also has multiple areas of porcelain loss in the filed and along the outer edges (7.9). Side 2; Sign has good color with some slight dulling to the gloss. The field of the sign has a handful of minor surface scratches and stains, but the porcelain loss is limited to the outer edges and hanging holes (8.25). Overall, a nice displaying 24" example of the Opaline variation.
