DST. Maker's marked, "The American Artworks, Coshocton, Ohio." C. 1930's McGraw Tires painted tin flange sign. Condition: Side 1, has good color throughout, with areas of rice paper residue, staining, and a handful of minor scratches with paint loss (8.75). Side 2, has fair color throughout with areas of fade to the black sections, and one area of dulled paint under the "A" in "McGraw." Sign has multiple areas of surface scratching and scratches all the way through the paint, as well as, paint loss around the outer perimeter of the sign (7.9). Overall, a nice early piece with good display power.
