Single 13.5" Globe Lens on Wide Milk Glass Body. A very scarce C. 1950's Single Lens for Platolene Gasoline showing red & black colors. A product of Platolene, Carmi, Illinois. CONDITION: Lens is in overall very good condition throughout showing excellent colors with clean script. Lens shows some minor areas of surface scratching at the face but nothing that is overly distracting. Lens shows very minimal outer edge wear and overall displays excellent. Lens is mounted in an Original Wide Milk Glass Body which shows no notable wear as well as a chip free base. An excellent example of this Lens from Platolene.
