14k yellow gold Elgin National Watch Co., Elgin, IL, heavy box-hinge hunting cased pocket watch. Movement #926035, grade 84, model 4, 16s, 16j. Circa 1882. Case decorated with hand engraved borders and body, having a large fancy monogram to the front cover with personalized presentation engraved to cuvette, "From Friends of Pike County, Mo., May 24th, 1882." Case marked with raised "Dueber" and anchor.
