Classic configuration with black on black front and rear sights, rear sight is an Elliason adjustable, front is fixed, with serrated rib. Colt barrel with NM legends. Gold Cup trigger, Colt gold medallion fully checkered grips. Serrated small parts. Flat serrated mainspring housing and serrated front strap. Colt magazine. In a correct Gold Cup National Match box. CONDITION: Very good, showing a few normal minor areas of use scattered about the gun, with some age-related staining at polished flats on trigger and hammer. Some nicks around the slide stop from reinstallation. Mechanically fine, bore has frosting at the grooves. Box is very good with expected age-related distress and spelling, including separation at aprons, but is complete and relatively sturdy.
