Huntsman pistol manufactured by Colt. The left side of the barrel bears Colt's single line address followed by the Rampant Colt logo above "HUNTSMAN", with "COLT" and "AUTOMATIC/ CAL. 22 LONG RIFLE" on the slide. Metal components are blued, while the frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered wood grips. Pistol is accompanied by an original Colt factory box that bears a matching handwritten serial number on one end. CONDITION: Extremely fine, with metal components retaining bountiful amounts of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting some superficial marks from handling and storage. Brilliant mirror bore, exhibiting sharp and well-defined rifling throughout. Grips are excellent. Box exhibits modest external wear, mainly concentrated on the edges and corners.
