Made by Colt Firearms Company in 1906. Blued finish 5 - 1/2" round barrel with factory large blade front sight, " 45 COLT" marking, and Colt single-line address. Consignor states this gun was carried during the 1916-1917 Pancho Villa Expedition. Blued frame with Colt patent dates, blued trigger, and blued fluted cylinder. 2-piece unmarked stag stocks. Comes with a period leather holster. CONDITION: As totally refinished with 90% blue with light edge wear, light visible turn line, and light discoloration on cylinder from operation. 90% finish on grips with sharp edges. Mirror bore with crisp mechanics. Holster is in good condition.
