DSP. Maker Marked "Federal Signs." A desirable example of this double sided porcelain sign from OK Chevrolet Used Cars including the small Chevrolet porcelain attachment sign and original porcelain light kit. CONDITION: Side 1 remains exceptionally clean in the field with only a few light surface scratches. The outer edges show some minor porcelain chipping, the worst of which is on the bottom of the yellow panel and on the bottom edges of the bull nose attachments. The gloss and color is very strong (Score 93). Side 2 remains similarly clean with excellent color and shine in the field. There is some isolated porcelain loss on the outer edges of the bottom yellow piece, as well as, some porcelain loss on the edges of the bull nose ends. There is some slight wear to the porcelain immediately below the circular "OK" sign. The outer edges of the "Used Cars" panel show minor porcelain wear and light spider webbing (Score 90). The small Chevrolet attachment sign is near mint and shows the slightest bit of edge wear. The porcelain lights show minor chipping to the bottom edges, but display wonderfully. This piece has had modern wiring and conduit added. It would not take much effort to illuminate and display this sign. A clean and exceptional example.
