Pre-Model 10 manufactured circa 1954-1956. Polished blue finish with case hardened trigger and hammer. Pinned 6" tapered round barrel with ramped front sight and frame notch rear. Chambered in .38; square butt K frame. Diamond checkered walnut Magna stocks inset with silver S&W medallions. Housed in a nonmatching but correct 2-piece gold box with cleaning rod. CONDITION: Excellent. Nearly all of the factory blue is retained with some light high edge silvering, a turn line, and handling marks. Grips are likewise fine with scattered marks. Very fine mirror bore. Mechanically fine. Box has some edgewear but displays well.
