Lot consists of: (A) US Army type cavalry boots with 3 buckle upper. Boots feature a partially faded Olathe, Kansas maker stamp inside of upper, as well as a partially obscured name. Worn soles with scattered creases, but boots retain their shape. All straps intact. (B) Textbook US Army 3 buckle cavalry boots that were often adopted by armored reconnaissance units and tankers. Boots feature a faded contractor stamp inside their uppers and are marked as a size "9 1/2B". Light-Tread marked heels. Leather remains supple and boots appear almost unworn. (C) Pre-World War II era leather knee high cavalry riding boots with laced center. Boots exhibit "C.H. Hyer & Sons" shield mark inside uppers. Pull straps present. Right boot with broken leather laces. Scattered wear with scuffs at toe and worn soles. (D) One-o-one tall leather lace up boots which are marked as a size "6 - 1/2" that are perfect fillers for a wartime display and are in the style and configuration of World War I aviator or riding boots. Boots exhibit light wear. CONDITION: Fair-very good.
