Made at Remington Arms in 1945, with serial number after known listed serial numbers. Parkerized 24" military 2-groove rifled barrel with removed front sight and no rear sight. Barrel is marked "RA / (Flaming Bomb) / 12-43". Standard parkerized bolt action with standard correct off-to-the-side markings and receiver marked "U.S. / REMINGTON / MODEL 03-A3" with "R" marked, bent, swept bolt and parkerized stamped Remington trigger guard. Action is fitted with the correct M-84 scope in aftermarket rings and bases. Standard military "C" walnut stock with invisible inspector mark, "K" Keystone Ordnance mark in cut-off switch area, parkerized military hardware, and 2 bolt reinforcement. CONDITION: 80% original blue with areas worn to a silvery patina. Action worn to an honest silvery patina with carry and operating wear. Stock has cleaned surfaces with dings and marks. Good bore with ME of 0 and TE of 1 and good mechanics. Scope is clear with some dirt particles. Needs to be professionally cleaned.
