DSP. A desirable example of this C. 1930's double sided porcelain sign from Chevrolet featuring the iconic company logo and nice shine throughout the field. CONDITION: Side 1 retains has nice shine, with light discoloration to the gloss likely from storage. There two chips to the porcelain in the outer field, as well as, porcelain loss and chipping to the mounting holes. The mounting holes show wallowing, and it appears one non-factory mounting hole was added next to the factory mounting hole on the top left. There is another non-factory mounting hole in the bottom center. (Score 86). Side 2 shows good color and gloss in the field, with similar areas of dulling to the gloss, likely from storage. There are a few porcelain chips in the outer field, as well as porcelain loss around the mounting holes. The extreme outer edges are nice with age appropriate wear (Score 85). A well displaying piece that is ready to hang.
