Massive clip point bowie knife with a 18" blade that is completely etched with floral scrolls on obverse. Sharp 11" false edge. Blade is marked "J. CORBIDGE'S / WARRENTED / CUTLERY" on obverse face and is also marked the same in smaller stamped letters on the obverse ricasso. Blade with scattered blemishes and areas of pitting throughout. Scalloped brass guard with large horn grip that is secured by 2 large pins on each side. Silvered pommel missing 1 pin. 26" overall length. Possibly a store display. CONDITION: Good.
