AGS CERTIFIED #11159. Single 15" Globe Lens. Scarce C. 1920's Lens for Aviation Dry 400 Gasoline showing large Airplane graphic, marketed shortly in the Pacific North West. A product of Shell Oil Company of California, San Francisco, California. CONDITION: Lens is overall outstanding showing excellent colors with only faint surface wear. Lens shows removable dirt staining on the backside with very limited paint wear along the outer edge. The mounting notch is excellent showing just minimal use wear. Lens is set with snap ring onto a new high profile metal body which has been painted in black. An excellent displaying example.
