AGS CERTIFIED #11203. DSP. C. 1930's Porcelain Service Station Sign from Tide Water Oil Company showing "Approved Dealer" on each side with its original mounting ring. CONDITION: Side one shows excellent color & gloss with a chip free field showing only minimal surface scratch. Side one shows minimal mounting hole wear with light wear along the outer edges with light paint remnants, (Score 95). Side two also shows excellent color & gloss throughout with only minimal surface scratch noted, showing one nick at the lower mounting hole as well as minor wear along the outer edge, (Score 94). Sign is mounted in its original ring showing new "L" brackets attached for wall hanging. An exceptionally clean example.
