A c. 1940s Hires R-J Root Beer countertop-mounted syrup dispenser with excellent early porcelain countertop mount. CONDITION: The piece has good color, with very minor chips to the porcelain on the base of the piece. The sign has an added wooden cap that is not original to the piece.
