A collection of two early unique Hires Root Beer advertising pieces. CONDITION: (A) An outstanding painted wood sign, maker marked "Made in U.S.A. EW8." The sign has good color throughout with minor bubbling of the paint. The sign has areas of surface staining and one minor area of paint loss in the center Hires Root Beer logo. (8.0). (B) The thick cardstock lithograph has significant fade throughout, as well as areas of surface staining and surface scratching. The cardboard has bends and damage throughout. (6.75).
