MFG. 1900. This rifle was re-barreled with late Model 92 round barrel with a ramp front sight and PW stamped. Standard features included blue finish, walnut shotgun stock with a steel shotgun butt plate. No rear sight. Now sports a Williams frame mounted peep sight. CONDITION. Excellent as re-built. 85% blue on barrel with muzzle wear and some scattered age freckles, mostly on base of barrel, strong Winchester side stamp barrel legends, 50% blue on frame with silvered out balance. Wood is excellent. The forearm is also a later replacement so does not match color perfectly. Bore is bright. Should be a good shooter.
